Jared “Cappie” Capp is the visionary builder and designer behind Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, where he and his stepdaughter, Alex Headley, transform unconventional structures into extraordinary retreats. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Cappie traveled the world before returning to Spearfish, South Dakota, to pioneer off-grid and sustainable construction.

As the founder of Pangea Design Group, he specializes in natural building techniques, including straw bale and reclaimed materials. He and his wife, Dr. Rachel MK Headley, recently opened Shortgrass Resort, the Black Hills premier all-inclusive luxury resort. His expertise in pushing the boundaries of traditional construction and design, also known as Build Weird, makes him a sought-after speaker on creativity, sustainability, and reimagining what’s possible in modern living.

Danny is a talented and gifted entertainer/speaker and author from Indianapolis,
Indiana.

He is best known for his previous work on Kristin and Danny and their viral lip sync
videos that garnered over 500 million views.

Currently, he travels the country emceeing various events, and entertaining with his
interactive show, Laughter Is Medicine. Danny truly loves to bring “the cure” wherever
he goes.

When he is not traveling the country entertaining audiences, he enjoys coaching youth
sports, having epic game nights with friends, and spending time with his family.

Liz Fiedler Mergen knows what it means to make bold moves. After building a successful career as a nurse practitioner, she realized it wasn't her true calling. Instead of settling, she took a leap, pivoting into entrepreneurship, building multiple six-figure businesses, and creating a life of purpose and impact.

Her journey didn't come without hardship. After being unexpectedly widowed at 31 and discovering she was pregnant the day after the funeral, Liz faced a choice: stay stuck in grief or take control of her future. She chose to rise, and now she helps others do the same.
